in CCNA & CCENT
Ok so i'm going to be installing a 1721 for my home connection soon to get practise setting up a cisco router in a live enviroment as it were, practising with acl's cbac firewall etc, NAT, inter-vlan routing and all the good stuff that ive been learning.
However there's one thing that really isn't covered in the icnd1/2 objectives, which is setting up an adsl connection or setting up the paramaters of a wic1-adsl card, surely this would make sense as most small companies have single adsl connections these day's with vpn for connecting remote site's rather than leased lines.
anyway just wondering why they have left it out, perhaps the fact that most would pick any general home based router rather than cisco.
