You've listed a great deal of your technical attributes but you should probably add in some of your other personal attributes such as your customer service skills, how what you do relates to the businesses you work for etc.

Could probably trim some of the older stuff out of your resume such as Windows 3.1 etc. and maybe break down your skills into areas such as Microsoft Technologies - Windows NT/2000/XP/2003, Exchange, Active Directory then maybe Hardware - PC, laptops, laser printers, then Disaster Prevention/Recovery - Anti-virus, backup solutions and so on. Just makes it easier on the eyes for potential employers.

Wondering if you can help me back a bit. I am looking at working in the U.S. (I'm from Australia) and would like to know what the job market is like for Networking Professionals. I think it might be hard to get a job in the U.S. at the moment but would interesting to know

Definitely, and be sure to put the most important skills at the front of the list where they will be seen.

I would rewrite the summary to make it sound more natural. Right now it sounds canned.

Thoroughly review the experience section and make sure that the tense is correct on all your verbs. Things that you have done in the past should be written in past tense. Things that you do daily at your current job should be in the present tense.

Overall the organization is good and I think the ordering of the sections works well for your skills. It looks like you have done a lot of entry level jobs and don't have a lot of hardcore technical skills (don't take that the wrong way, just an observation) so you should try to play up the customer service, teamwork and other soft skills like stauchr suggested.
