I have one question I'm new in this career, I have Network+ an A+ certificates and I am thinking staring to study for MCITP server administrator or MCSA. Is there any point in studing for MCSA is it is out dated now? How easy it is to get MCITP certificate once I get MCSA? Thank you

Ideal situation - you have both. If you network is 2003, then MCSA and upgrade to MCITP
My situation is different. I could have done my MCSE, however my whole network is migrating hopefully this year (was suppose to be last) to 2008. So I have done my MCITP:SA and should have my EA by mid this year.
Depends on what you want to do really. The upgrade paths are there if you have an MCSA.EA Path - 70-643 - Passed - 70-680 - Passed - 70-647 - To Complete
