Just ordered the all-in-one third edition from Amazon. I'm planning on using that book and the technotes I just downloaded from here to pass this test. Sound like a good plan?

Technotes alone wouldve been enough, but two sources is always good.

I'm not a complete idiot... some parts are missing.
