    If you already hold the CCNA certification, the Network+ probably isn't going to do much for you. I would look into other alternatives, but what those alternatives are depend on what your career goals are.

    The only worthy step up after a CCNA would have to come from Cisco.

    I got my Network+ after I got my CCENT, and it was EASY in comparison.
