Prometric's website

...kinda blows.

I've been trying to look up exam dates for the past week, and I keep getting 'Page cannot be displayed' (their error, not a generic HTTP white page error). I've only ever taken Pearson Vue exams before, but M$ only goes through Prometric. Is this a common issue I'm going to continue to encounter? It's a little annoying.

Prometric's web site is horrible, and their Help Desk literally aggressively rude! I am almost positive the guy was growling while I was talking to him on the phone yesterday, ARGH!

My testing center gave me their number... said to buy a voucher first, spell everything, triple check absolutely everything and expect to be on hold for a very long time.
