The link's between the switches and the router's yes.

The link between the router and router, no.

Think of vlan's and trunk's as a layer two thing, router's do not foward broadcast traffic by default.

    thanks
i removed one router above and trunk switches together..works fine

one router left for stick or inter-vlan..i think that's what it's called..

i got a problem of trying to assign ip address to vlan 22

    int fa 0/0.11
    encap dot1q 11
    ip address 10.10.50.1 255.0.0.0
    int fa 0/0.22
    encap dot1q 22
    ip address 10.10.60.1 255.0.0.0
error over lap with fa0/0.11 ip add

can u tell me why am i getting over lap ip problem?

I switched to class c of 192.168.1.1 for vlan11, and.2.1 for vlan22 network ..that fixed it but i don't understand why i can't use A class addresses above..

youre getting an overlap error because your subnet mask is 255.0.0.0, which includes all IP's in 10.x.x.x and a router can't have two interfaces in the same subnet. Change your subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 and review your material about subnetting

May I ask you? What software did you use for this?
Is this a sim? Does it have like terninal and stuff just like a real Cisco switches and router?

It looks like Cisco's Packet Tracer

    It's packet tracer.

Yes you get terminal access but.. Limited IOS features and functions. It does a pretty good job for what it is tho, and an excellent learning tool for anyone starting out in cisco.

The alternative to packet tracer is Dynamip's, it will allow you to run real Cisco IOS images, so you get basically the real thing virtualized, the graphical front end is called GNS3, google both and find out which suits you.

Thanks for your explanation :) I think I understand it now ..it's my sub

    responding to above..it's Packet tracer v 5.1

I currently not taking any classes but when I have enough money I like to go get my certification ..hopefully soon

I do have more questions but not sure If i should start another thread about it but i'll ask it here for now.

Let's say I owned 2 offices, one in Chicago and a second one in Ohio

Both uses T1 connection (what type of connection are typically used?)

    question is.

Is the office typically setup like this?
    WAN--->T1 modem--->Router---->Switches---->Workstations

    Or
WAN--->Router--->Switches--->Workstation (because in sim see some ppl setup Router direct to wan cloud)

It depends on if you are using a WIC with an integrated CSU/DSU.

If the router was for example a 2610 with a WIC-1T then the setup would look like scenario 1 because you would need an external CSU/DSU.

If the router was a 2610 with a WIC-1DSU-T1 then it would look like scenario 2 because the wic module has an integrated CSU/DSU.
