A bunch of people here did some or all of the Cisco Network Academy (or know someone who did) and have access to Packet Tracer.

Is this one of the standard activities from the Cisco Network Academy? Or is it something an Academy Instructor created for homework, a case study, or a take home exam?

    S 172.24.0.0/13 [1/0] via 10.0.0.2
    S 192.168.0.0/16 [1/0] via 10.0.0.6

This is the two default routes I setup in HQ. I ping all the way around. Remember you need to setup the static routes on both B routers as well for all other subnets unless it is setup already.

Why is the subnet mask 255.255.252.0?

I tried it and did not work

Because you say the question allows only two static route statements.

So you need to create summary route statements that include all the networks.

255.255.252.0 gives you an increment of 4 in the 3rd octet.

    192.168.0.0 - 192.168.3.255
    192.168.4.0
    192.168.8.0

192.168.0.0 - 192.168.3.255 includes all the networks off B2 does it not ?

Sounds like you really need to review subnetting and route summarization

Maybe recreate the network in PT
