Yup, your transcript should show Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator credential. -

I thought for MCSA you have to pass;
70-290 & 70-291 (which you have done).
An OS (which you have done as the 70-270)
and an elective (eg 70-401).... I cant see that you have done any of the 70- electives? -

The Network+ may count as well, or it may be an elective on a different path (and the A+ is not). Sometimes both are required, and they count as a single elective. So in Microsoft's system, you've filled three separate requirements.
