Fonts changing when saving drafts in Outlook 2003

Whats going on ya'll? I have a user who is having an issue in Outlook 2003. When she saves a draft, all the fonts she's used change from whatever back to the default Time New Roman. I think its an issue with some sort of template in Word, but i'm not sure. Can someone plz head with this?
