Hi,
Does anyone have any ideas who to upgrade Cisco IP phone (7912) from SIP back to SCCP, I buy now VOIP (7912G) with SIP and I would like to upgrated with SCCP.

pitviper Member Posts: 1,376 ■■■■■■■□□□I do this all of the time with the 7941s; I would think that the same process would work on the 7912s – Just setup whatever flavor of call manager that you are using (CME or UCM) for SCCP (in CME this requires the correct SCCP files in flash, as well as the load statement under telephony services), then reset the phone back to factory defaults and it should look for the firmware files.
