I think the book youre using is the Sybex book which is supposed to be quite good but at the same time you will find mixed reviews on it *shrug*
At the moment Im using Mike Meyers Network+ Passport edition book. Good book and I've almost completed it. once finished Im debating whether to follow up with another book - CompTIA Network+ Certification Study Guide 4th Edition or Train Signal DVD's
Best advice I can give is to not just rely on one study source. Find another study source to follow up and fill up any gaps you feel there might be in your knowledge
