How similar are the labs on the ccna exam compared to the CicsoKits Lab book?

With out giving any specifics, how similar are the labs on the ccna exam compared to the CicsoKits Lab book?
If I can do the labs in that book basically just by looking at the diagram, should I be able to do most of the labs on the CCNA test?
