Can anyone give me a suggestion for a cutting edge cert to add to my resume to make it stand out? I was thinking of cisco(ccna). I currently have MOUS, A+ and MCP in win 2000 pro and server. I will have Net + and Exam 70-218 for my mcsa in about a month.

Yep, CCNA. Or you could continue the MS route and go for MCSE.

i agree: mcse and ccna are all that's asked for in my area. perhaps adding the mcse electives to your qualifications would help too - ie. jzaagman, MCSE, MS Exchange, CCNA, A+, Network+, MOUS
