Question about 70-680 questions

Hey guys!

For those of you who have taken the test (This is my first Microsoft test ever) -

Are the questions very specific?
For example: Do they require you to memorize all of the command line alternatives for deployment and such or are they in more general terms?
I've looked at the uCertify exam - how do those practice tests stack up to the real test?
