Good recruiters?

I'd like to get the names of some good recruiters which pay a fee to the hiring company instead of making you work for them (i.e. contract - the pits of the world). I'm contract now and I'll never do it again.
If anyone knows of any, please let me know. I only know of Kelley Services. Thanks.

Some of the smaller ones where I live in NC do both. The job I was recruited for was intended to be contract to hire, I convinced them to hire me outright and the recruiting agency got a fee in return.IT guy since 12/00
Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...
