I've come across many types of people on this forum and at work and find this forum invaluable. Compare yourself with regards your experience:
e.g. 40% MS Certs / 50% Practical Experience / 10% Google
i.e. 40 /50 /10
How would you rate yourself
e.g. 40% MS Certs / 50% Practical Experience / 10% Google
i.e. 40 /50 /10
How would you rate yourself

My certs were useful to me years ago, when I was still starting out, so they taught me a lot... now, not so much. The beginning of knowledge is understanding how little you actually know. -

Well, I'm a hands on IT manager. It's hard for me to rate myself as I certify on what I do, but use google/books to refresh my knowledge when needs must and when I'm studying...
Go figure (I can't)
