Boot System command question

Firstly guys like to say thanks to the members here
who has cleared up all questions and also increased my understanding
of a lot of the icnd material..The next issue I need to have clarified is..
Could anybody assist me in listing the boot order when there are no
boot system commands ??

Up untill thus far it has come to my attention that the order is as follows.

Flash
TFTP
ROM...

However if NVRAM had to be added where would it fit in before FLASH?
or after ROM ???
