I passed this today with a score of 826. This is what how I prepared for it:

* I have been working with Exchange for a few years. Not in an enterprise environment typically small businesses.
* I bought and read through Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Administrator's Pocket Consultant (This is good for someone that has some experience with Exchange in the field.)
*Helped a couple of friends install and configure Exchange on their home networks.
*Practice test.

One piece of advice I have is know Exchange powershell VERY WELL!

Now on to Linux+
