Hi,
What do you folks do when a user needs a name change e.g. a staff user gets married and changes surname.
Do you just amend the User Name in ACtive Directory and amend user folder name / permissions or do you setup a new user and copy the old data / mail into the new user account?
Up until now we have just changed the Display Name and kept the old logon account.
We really need some advice on the best practice regarding this.
We are using Exchange Server 2003.
Thanks.
