Was wondering who has attending this class? I'm looking at doing it in June. I saw the class info on VMWare's page. How intense is the class? Is it a ton of information jammed into the four days? Would you consider it to be heavier on the lab side or the lecture side? Any other comments would be cool.

Bump... Great question. I am looking at doing the Live Online class sometime in June. About the Fast Track course, does the additional cost translate into better prep for the exam? I mean, the Fast Track is considerably more expensive than the ICM version.
