Any Truecrypt Gurus?

I've downloaded and installed the software for some testing. What I am wondering if I can do (and dug through the truecrypt site to no avail) was be able to copy a file from a machine to the encrypted flash drive without the end user knowing the password? Is this even possible?

    You'll have to have TrueCrypt and mount the file/drive/partition first. You can get a portable copy of Truecrypt as well, so you don't need to install it. Regardless, you'll have to have someone put in the password at some point.
