Dual specializations?

Might be a stupid question, but can you get both the Messaging and Security specializations? My goal is to become MCSE: Security certified, but I would like to take the Implementing Exchange 2003 exam (70-284)which would qualify me for MCSA: Messaging, and 70-299 would qualify me for MCSA: Security as well. Will the MS transcript show both specializations?
