Data backup suggestion?
I have a user who is disabled, he can't even do basic tasks like copy and paste without issues. I had setup the windows backup utility to backup his PST files daily, but it seems to stop working every few months and I'm forced to go and reconfigure it again.
Dunno if it's because of his domain account password being changed, or if something is breaking the backup process. Regardless, I'm thinking of just replacing this crap with something that I don't have to maintain that often. Anyone have some suggestions that will save me the hassle of revisiting this user several times a year?

Aside from backup Exec which is costly the software that comes with Nero and the external Maxtor drives would work great. -

If you only need to backup PST files, take a look at this plug-in from Microsoft.
As for a more comprehensive program, I recommend something like Backup4All for customized scheduled backups. I'm sure other members will chime in with their preferred backup software.Usus magister est optimus
