How about go here: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/exams/70-290.asp
You can launch from here and search by subject on the Internet for "short" study notes. If you are well experienced in M$ systems you can probably make good use of it that way. But, otherwise, I don't know of anything "short" about studying for 70-290.
