My advice would be to read a couple of hundred of the previous posts to learn fromt he experience and questions of others. In addition to being well prepared of course

I have the latest A+ Cert book by Sybex
A+ for dummies
And I have been taking some of the online free exams

If you study those well it should be enough to pass. Make sure you download the exam objectives for A+ core from www.comptia.org and check if you covered them all.
