I took a similarly title position and I am part server admin, part network admin, part exchange admin, part SQL admin, part security advisor, and part upper-level desktop support. I love it, actually - I stay busy enough to not get bored. And we just implemented a switch to virtualization using vSphere4 - that is some slick stuff!
