Labbing with 2k8 servers not activated

I'm using some of the same servers (cloned and renamed) for labbing for the 70-642 I used for the 83-640. My problem, if it is a problem is that now I'm getting the message of Your windows is not genuine and have black background. Will this take away functionality? If so, how much and what functionality? Do I need to…
