Got a 438. Here's what I used:
1) Daily administration of a vSphere environment
2) Mastering vSphere 4 book
3) All documentation listed at VMware's site
4) Miscellaneous blog posts and vmtn posts
Now what do I do??

Good work on your pass of the VCP. What do you do now? You relax for a few days and celebrate!
The more knowledge one obtains the more there is too accumulate.....
