CiscoWorks device issue
Hey techies.
We run LMS 3.1. We have recently replaced our content switches with ACE modules in our 6500's. For the first time, I am unable to manage a cisco device from CiscoWorks.
In particular, I'm trying to backup the configs. I've created the archive job, and it continually fails. Today, in Device Center, I launched the Credential Verification Report, and it produced:
Read Community: Device Not Supported
Read Write Community: Device Not Supported
Telnet: Device Not Supported
Enable by Telnet: Device Not Supported
SSH: Device Not Supported
Enable by SSH: Device Not Supported
Anyone come across this? Is it safe to assume that I need to add a mib for the ACE modules? If so, a link or tut would be hugely appreciated.
Mike

There are only 10 kinds of people... those who understand binary, and those that don't.
CCIE Studies: Written passed: Jan 21/12 Lab Prep: Hours reading: 385. Hours labbing: 110
Taking a time-out to add the CCVP. Capitalizing on a current IPT pilot project.

Better question (cause I know a few of you do use it)... no one's using ciscoworks to monitor ACE modules? There are only 10 kinds of people... those who understand binary, and those that don't.
