Prometricexam booking problems!

Hi people,

Is anyone else having a problem booking the 83-640 exam with Prometric. I've been trying to book online as well as over the phone but I can't do it. Someone at Prometric told me that Microsoft and Prometric are experiencing a problem with this exam at the moment, and that as soon as the problem is resolved, MS will inform me via email.

Wondering if anyone else has found this? I live in the UK, but not sure if the problem is worldwide?

Can anyone shed any light on this?

It's a known, ongoing problem. Your best option is apparently to keep trying since it is supposedly an intermittent problem. See here:

I had a problem with mine a few weeks ago. They were able to book it on the prometric chat line. Apparently the regular online scheduling for that exam hasn't been working right for some time.

I didn't know their problem was for other tests as well. The person on the chat line had mentioned that this particular test was having problems, May be that the problem has just gotten worse.
