Okay I am a little confused on the DR and BDR process. Election happens on multi-access broadcast networks and the process is:
Highest Priority wins the DR Process and if both are 1 then will use the highest Router ID which is the highest IP on active interface and Loopback interfaces win the DR process?
I hope this is correct.
