How can I export placed calls on my phone to a text file? and how can I also keep track of every call made on callmanager?

Currently CDR Enabled Flag and CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag are set to false, do I set them to true in the enterprise parameters? -

If I'm correct in my thinking, then no you cant, the information is held in a databse on the publisher.
You can use third party applications to pull the information from there, if you dont want to use Cisco's.if I say something that can be taken one of two ways and one of them offends, I usually mean the other one :-)
