Opinions on which test to take first

I just completed my MCSE 2003: Security and I am beginning to prepare for the Server 2008 tests. Given a choice which would most of you start with: 70-647 or 70-649? I'm think 649, but I have not looked into each in much detail yet...

Hard to say. The 70-649 is a composite of the first 3 tests (70-640, 70-642, and 70-643) and the 70-647 is a different type of test. I've been told it's kind of like the 70-649 expects you to know how to do everything and the 70-647 expects you to know why and when to do something.
You may be best off doing the 70-649 first So you better understand the new features in Server 2k8. You could also go the route of taking the 70-648 and 70-643 instead.

I'm not sure about everyone else here, but for myself I started with 649 and I am now moving on 647. With that said.
