The testing center that I tested at allowed me to come 25 minutes early. My question is what will I recieve from CompTIA along with the certificate? MS gave me a pin too.

Firstly congrats on passing. Secondly, don't get your hopes up for a nice passign kit. You'll get a cheap flimsy card that identifies you as a certified professional, the a-fore-mentioned certificate, and nothing else really valuable. You'll also receive a lifetime of opputunities to become a Comptia professional. I still don't see all the benfits of spending another $100.
