Any recommendations for free shell accounts?

So I want a free shell account so I can test ssh stuff from outside my network.
I used to have a free one with the local Linux group, however the admins were too lazy to maintain the box and it fell into disarray.
Googled around and this:

Was wondering what others' opinions are of these or if there were any recommendations...
