I am recieving an ICMP Source Quench Recieved message from an Host which is based in the US.
Does anyone know why this happens?

Numerous potential reasons. The receiving host or a router intermediary is instructing the sending host to back off the rate of traffic sent. -
L0gicB0mb508 Member Posts: 538Like Turgon stated there could be many reasons. It is more than likely a routing issue, or a network congestion problem. You may want to look at the packets more in depth and make sure its not malicious.I bring nothing useful to the table...
