I studied for about 8-10 weeks, 2 hours a day at minimum. I had previously studied for the exam over the past 2 years but never dedicated more than a week at a time and always never committed myself to the exam. Biggest word of advice I have to give to you is to actually set a date. Register for the exam at least 3 months out give yourself 2-3 hours a day to study for the exam, this way you know it's coming and you can stay focused. There are no short cuts, just effective study habits. Just wanted to thank everyone on here, and the CCCURE forum as well.

Good study advice. That's a lot of resources you used there, which would you say were the most valuable. No longer work in IT. Play around with stuff sometimes still and fix stuff for friends and relatives. -

And you are certainly correct about how setting a date to take the exam focuses you on studying. I use that tactic myself. -
