Was going to purchase these from a friend of mine will it be good enough for a starter CCNA lab?
Router:
Cisco 2600 series - M/N: 2621XM - Dual 10/100 Ethernet ports - 2 empty WIC slots
Switch:
Cisco 3500 series M/N: WS-C3524 - XL -EN - 24 10/100 ports 2 GBIC ports
Im trying to do this as cheap as possible, please let me know im purchasing tomarrow...What else should I need if this is not sufficient?
Thanks Alot!

Though I would suggest adding a second router and second switch at some point.
