Good open source trouble ticketing system for small business
Hey guys,
I've got a client who is very small (one IT guy, four locations, maybe 50 systems total) who needs to implement a trouble ticketing system. His budget is very small so going open-source would be ideal. I know that there are dozens of solutions out there but I don't have the time or inclination to vet them on his behalf. I was hoping that some of you guys might be able to vouch for some of the free solutions out there.
