how high on my score board can tell me that I pass or fail the exam? Is it percentile?

You need to complete 60 questions in 90 minutes and get 70% of them correct to pass (80% if you want to be a CWNP instructor).

Are you saying if I take one exam and I get 70% of them correct then I can be CWNA certified, if I get 80% above I can be CWNP certified? not two exams (one for CWNA, one for CWNP)?

There is no "CWNP exam." CWNP is the name of the vendor that supports the CWNA certification. There is only one exam to become CWNA-certified.
