Just signed up and felt this was necessary.
I am a college student majoring in Management Information Systems and plan to pick up a few certifications throughout my existence.

    Now I just need to figure out why I cannot have a signature.

    Do I have to be apart of some type of 'clique'? :D

    Nope, I tried but it is hidden.

    I go directly too 'http://www.techexams.net/forums/profile.php?do=editsignature' and it states 'Sorry, you are not permitted to have a signature.' icon_sad.gif

    New (junior members) have some limits on what they can do like you found -- no signatures, no private messages, etc. If you stick around long enough you'll get full member access and someone will show you the secret handshake. :D
