Primary changes are going to include being dedicated to four main tasks:
1. Analyze client complete setups.
2. Plan client complete setups, and how to migrate and alter. Think of more and more SOW writing (already did a lot...).
3. Mentor and train our staff.
4. Interface more with the clients managment.
Beyond that... very much like a normal Sr. Systems Engineer.
And wait... no one gave me the free lunch:) -
