I've had the same question regarding the ms book. so far I've had good luck suplementing any questions with the technet website and asking the google gods. . .

I doubt anyone can answer whether it is on the exam or not due to NDA.If it's nott in the objectives it's probably not covered by the exam. It would still be a good tool for you to know about and be able to use.
