SWITCH – Another Lab Q

I'm looking to brush up on my switching skills and take a little break from voice at the same time – What's the ideal lab topology for the SWITCH test? I currently have 2x 3560s, 1x 2950 (left over from CCNA) and an NME-16ES-1G-P. Since the NME is running a full 3750 IOS, would it be ok to use as the 4th switch?

    What you have sounds great. Since you already have the 3560s, you will be able to do the private vlan stuff. I think you are okay... I'm currently studying the BCMSN/SWITCH material and I have 2 3550s and 2 2950s. HTH.

    I'm using an NM-32A in a 3640 - Works great. Had a 2509-RJ prior to that.

    I'm using a 2511. I skipped the 2509 because I knew I was going to run out of console ports so I wanted to have 16 to be prepared.

    Suffice it to say, now 16 isn't enough either... icon_redface.gif

    Do you have any 3640's? If not I'd recommend them. They can do pretty much everything. You can get a module that will support 32 console connections.
