Getting a job in WA while I'm WI?

Alright, I just graduated with a bachelor's, double major, in IT Infrastructure and Int. Bus. Admin. and want to move to the west coast; I will obtain my master's at University of Washington. I will also be taking the first test (70-640 - Active Directory) for my MCITP:SA this Wednesday to help enhance my credibility, beside my two years of help desk experience.

Can anyone provide any insight or tips? I was looking for an entry-level/Jr. Admin position in the Seattle area.

I am in the general area. There are a lot of positions on craigslist, monster, etc for this area. If you have any military experience, there are several bases that are looking for IT personnel.
