    Try this: User Control Panel Cog Icon next to Log Out Link ==> General Settings Link ==> Messaging & Notification Settings ==> Enable Receive Emails. Also enable Private Messaging in this area so you can receive it from other members.

    I received a referral but I follow the link in the email to the Referral Acceptance Form, fill it out entirely, and I just get an error every time I submit it:
    • Error: Invalid Value
    • Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later.
    I don't know if anyone else is having this issue?

    I've looked over the whole thing, it doesn't highlight any fields as being inadequate, I even tried taking the (.) out of my address thinking perhaps it was causing the issue.

    I had some issues with the HTML on their website just yesterday. Maybe the website is experiencing some issues.

    Dustin, you need to enable private messaged from users.

    Click the gear icon in the top right hand of the forum, go to My Settings, under My Account Click on General Settings, under Messaging & Notification check the box that says Receive Email from Other Members.
