LAB Questions

Alright, I have a few questions about putting together a home lab. I have aquired the hardware below through various jobs, this is what I have so far:
1 2514 IOS ver 11.2(3)
1 MC3810-V IOS ver 12.0(7)T
1 2620xm w/ 1 WIC 1DSUT1, 1 available spot for card IOS ver 12.2(7r)2fe
1 2620 w/ 1 WIC 2T, 1 1FE-TX, 1 available spot IOS ver 12.3(12)2fe
1 2621 3 available spots
1 2950 24prt
1 3750 poe-48
All have old IOS's on them so I'm trying to get my hands on the most up to date each will run, not easy. Question 1, the 3 2600 series routers, the most current IOS each will run would be 12.3.24, is this correct? are the current IOS on them sufficient? Question 2, the 2514 & the MC3810, are these even worth using as both are really old? IOS latest would be 12.3.14 for both? Question 3, what would you add for expansion cards on the 2600's? I would get at least one more WIC 2T since I already have 1, but what would you suggest for the other slots? Question 4, once I'm done with my CCNA here this month, what would you suggest adding as far as additional routers/switch's for the CCNP? Or do you think using GNS3/Dynamips would be sufficient along with the hardware I have? Any input anyone has I greatly appreciate!!!
