Hey guys, I hope I don't get flamed for this question but do you still send a thank you letter after doing a phone interview?

Not something I have ever done, but it could serve as a good confirmation of your interest in the job.

When I have doubts as to whether a thank you letter is too formal, I'll sometimes just send a brief thank you email. I think either would be fine. I usually only send thank you letters for jobs that I'm seriously interested in, however.

***I'll add you can Capitalize the word 'I' to show a little respect for yourself too.

    'i' before 'e' except after 'c'.... weird?
