Courses For CM and Unity Connection

Hi All

I was wondering if anyone could make a recommendation for resources for learning Call Manager and Unity Connection. We are wanting to beef up our operational knowledge, as we have now had the systems over two years. Probably time to start learning something about them....

We would be interested in something DVD or Web-based.

    I can't recommend Jeremy enough, this guy is an amazing teacher. I am sure that there will be along string of people agreeing with me on this one, as we have had this discussion before.
